Our purpose
Our purpose is to offer to our clients a high-level service ranging from personal advice to the best assistance in civil and criminal matters, and to propose them the most convenient solutions.
In civil actions we first of all aim at preventing conflicts through the creation of optimal starting conditions from a legal point of view (such as contractual matters), then at minimizing them thanks to a sound protection system (such as trademark protection) or at reaching extra-judicial settlements (by way of arbitration or mediation in civil actions), in order to avoid as much as possible long-lasting proceedings typical of the Italian legal system.
In criminal proceedings and, in particular, in proceedings of an economic nature, our intervention is focused on preventing juridical entities from criminal liability through well-tested organizational patterns. In other sectors of criminal law, we study with our clients the best strategy to minimize the risk of criminal liability, by taking into account the economic consequences of any such liability.
